These taste so good and are quite filling.
1 tin of tuna in water
1 medium sweet potato
1 egg
1. Boil the sweet potato and mash when it's soft
2. Mix the tuna and sweet potato
3. Mix in the egg
4. Scoop into a muffin tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180*
