Today was a good day, I had my shake and 1 small cheat item being a divine cake my mother baked (she's always baking lekker goed then gets grumpy when we don't eat it) along with coffee, and a sandwich for lunch.
Dinner was a meat free chicken schnitzel (my fave) along with mixed veg and mash potato.
I'm slowly on the right track :) Yay to summer bikini body and the little animals i saved.
